An image showing the collection Uncharted to PC, containing all 5 games, leaked recently.
The image, found on resetEra, shows a supposed scheduled post on some social network of PlayStation, featuring a new collection titled 'Uncharted: The Naughty Dog PC Collection', being released for the Steam and Epic Games Store. The announcement shows that all games from the consoles of the Sony, including the spin-off Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, will be included in the package.
Interestingly, the image also shows in the bottom right corner the logo of, recently acquired by Sony, studio Nixxes, which would make sense considering that the Sony brought the company in to help with the ports of PC of its franchises.
The post is apparently scheduled for 10 am (no specific time zone) on September 6th and will announce the supposed release date of the collection, which would be December 7, 2021.

Consider everything a rumor until it is officially announced by Sony, but there are some reasons why this leak is more real than others. For starters, exclusive games for PlayStation are starting to arrive on PC, with Horizon Zero Dawn and Days Gone being the first major games of the PlayStation Studios, so it is not surprising to see one of the most revered franchises being ported to computers.
Similarly, earlier this year, the curator page of PlayStation Studios available on the Steam listed 41 games available, although only a few could be viewed.
