Resident Evil 3 Remake may receive a new update soon, as suggested by a
update available on the
Steam database.
In recent days, the game's data on the
Steam were updated with new branches of
QA that suggest some new tests. The most recent branch, which was updated about 10 hours ago at the time of writing this article, features a description
TU1, which likely stands for
Title Update 1. Following its release, the game has never received a major update, so it will be interesting to see what changes this update will bring.

Since there is no official information yet, we have gathered some community guesses about what this new update might be:
-
- Just like they updated the RE2 Remake to insert an easter egg indicating an upcoming game, they might do the same with Resident Evil 3 Remake, or...
- Insertion of the classic Mercenaries mode RE3, or..
- Graphical improvements, or...
- Improvements to the Nemesis' AI, or...
- Support for Windows 11, or...
- Technical fixes, or...
- And less likely, insertion of Clock Tower
The Reddit community reacted by saying that it is too late for the game, which was released in April 2020, to receive any significant update.
