Just over a year ago, Stenzek, the main developer of this project, announced a redesign of DuckStation for PC and Android, introducing a new user interface and performance improvements. However, some people were unhappy with the fact that the Android version is completely in English. If you used the previous version of DuckStation on your cell phone, you know that the emulator supported several languages, but this new version does not offer this support, at least for now. Although there was a language selection option when installing the new DuckStation, the emulator remained in English. Furthermore, this option has been removed from recent updates.
It is important to note that there is no timeline for adding new languages to DuckStation for Android. This is likely because there are still interface elements to be added, and they prefer to translate only when they have a definitive version of the emulator.
