A new image of Vice City in GTA 6 appeared in Rockstar Games' November 3, 2026 pre-load announcement. According to a Vandal report published by Fran G. Matas on November 3, the record shows the waterfront and skyscrapers from a different angle than previous materials.
Additionally, the new view highlights the urban setting of Leonida, a fictional state that encompasses Vice City and other regions. Furthermore, the publication suggests new opportunities to observe the architecture and scale of the city, without revealing the full map or new playable features.
Vice City image shows the coastline of GTA 6
The Rockstar statement on the pre-download presented the visual novelty. In this context, Vandal describes tall buildings, including some under construction, and an extensive waterfront area. Therefore, the focus here is on the setting's composition, not a confirmation of new modes or missions.
The three images distributed in this article belong to other official materials already released. They help contextualize Vice City, but should not be confused with the never-before-seen screenshot from November 3. Thus, the specific record is reproduced in the Vandal's original report.
For example, in previous scenes, Rockstar had already shown busy streets, customized cars, graffiti, and overpasses. Thus, the city combines residential areas, beaches, and an urban center with large buildings, reinforcing the contrast between its neighborhoods.
What details appear in the new Vice City image?
According to Vandal's description, the view features a Ferris wheel, a large-scale stadium, and a building with a rounded roof. Some observers may associate this latter shape with the Las Vegas Sphere, but this is only a visual comparison, not an official identification made by Rockstar.
Additionally, structures in the coastal region and buildings of various sizes also appear. However, a single screenshot does not allow for determining the exact extent of explorable areas, the number of accessible interiors, or gameplay systems.
The return of Vice City represents one of the pillars of GTA 6. After all, the city has already appeared in the franchise in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (2002) and Vice City Stories (2006). Now, the team presents a contemporary interpretation within the fictional state of Leonida.
Rockstar prepares for the arrival of GTA 6
At the time, the image accompanied a specific statement regarding the start of pre-downloads. Therefore, the visual news complements the storage and schedule announcement, and does not alter the installation details. Furthermore, previous images already showed how dusk light modifies the skyline and reflections on the bay. In this way, the new perspective expands the variety of known settings without proving technical results such as FPS, final resolution, or exclusive graphics on any console.
Finally, to follow the campaign, also check the official GTA 6 screenshot gallery. Rockstar makes available images from different areas of Leonida; however, it is important to check the date and origin of each one before calling any of them new.
