Final Fantasy 7: Intergrade is the enhanced version of the remake, which was released for free in June for owners of the original game, but not for those who redeemed it via PlayStation Plus. However, in a recent tweet from the official Final Fantasy account, Square Enix revealed that the update will be available starting Thursday for PS Plus subscribers.

Starting this Wednesday...

Although the tweet does not say the update will be free, charging for it would be a notable change compared to what was done for the launch of the Intergrade version.
